Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you:

You will receive a gift credit once the returned item is received.

If the gift wasn’t marked or was sent to the purchaser first, we will issue the refund to the original buyer.
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund total.
For high-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
