Currently, PakistaniWholesaler.com is focused on domestic shipping within Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time, but we are working to expand globally soon.

Delivery times depend on the vendor’s location and selected courier service. On average: Within same city: 1–2 working days Within province: 2–3 working days Nationwide: 3–5 working days Delays may occur during sales, public holidays, or due to courier service load.

Yes. You can cancel or edit your order before it is marked as "Shipped". To do so, go to My Orders > Manage Order or contact customer support.

Q8. Do I need an account to place an order?

You can browse products without an account. However, to place an order, track it, and communicate with vendors, you need to sign up with a valid email or phone number.

Q9. How do I track my order?

After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can also check the status under My Orders > Track on your dashboard.

Q10. What is the return or refund policy?

Returns and refunds depend on vendor-specific policies. However, most vendors follow these general rules: You may return items within 7 days if they are damaged, defective, or not as described. Certain categories like custom machinery or digital items may not be returnable. Refunds are processed to your Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank account within 7–10 working days after product verification.
