Yes. You can cancel or edit your order before it is marked as "Shipped". To do so, go to My Orders > Manage Order or contact customer support.

You can browse products without an account. However, to place an order, track it, and communicate with vendors, you need to sign up with a valid email or phone number.
Q9. How do I track my order?
After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can also check the status under My Orders > Track on your dashboard.
Q10. What is the return or refund policy?
Returns and refunds depend on vendor-specific policies. However, most vendors follow these general rules:
You may return items within 7 days if they are damaged, defective, or not as described.
Certain categories like custom machinery or digital items may not be returnable.
Refunds are processed to your Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank account within 7–10 working days after product verification.
